Scanned documents are saved as JPEG, PNG, or PDF files, with the option to export selected pages as PDFs.

The document writer allows users to create and edit rich text documents directly on their iPhone or iPad. A key advantage is that documents can be edited offline and opened from any application that supports the “Open In” feature. Users can view, edit, and create rich text documents and PDFs while utilizing a wide range of formatting options including fonts, styles, text alignment, and color selections.

Documents can be emailed directly from the application or printed wirelessly via AirPrint-compatible printers. Users can annotate PDFs directly within the app and export files seamlessly to Dropbox or other applications using the Open In function. Finally, file import is made easy through USB transfer (iTunes file sharing) or via the Open In feature.
